Sponsor "Thank You" Notebooks

As part of my internship with Raise Your Hand Texas, I spearheaded the creation of customized "thank you" notebooks for the organization's second Trustee Advocate Summit, an event bringing together education leaders to advocate for public education policy.

 

These notebooks served as comprehensive documentation to demonstrate how sponsorship requirements were fulfilled, showcasing the sponsors’ logos across various mediums such as pamphlets, banners, slideshows, and social media campaigns.

I streamlined the design and assembly process, ensuring clarity and consistency across the materials. By creating a user-friendly template, I also laid the groundwork for the following intern to efficiently continue the project in subsequent weeks. This initiative not only highlighted the organization’s commitment to its sponsors but also presented an opportunity to manage detail-oriented tasks with a focus on impact and long-term efficiency.
